Casita Palmera is a gorgeous country house that sits in the stunning 'valley of a thousand palms' of Haria with superb walks & bike trails, and why not even do a double location vacation and get to see 2 very different sides of Lanzarote with 1 week in a villa choice in Puerto del Carmen and then 1 week at Casita Palmera.

The dining room with floor  to Ceiling Glass & patio have superb views over the valley, and there is a heated pool and Free Range, Corn Fed Chickens so you can help yourself to quality fresh eggs every day!

This beautiful home from home offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and includes 1 Double with en suite, 1 Double with en suite wet room and 1 Twin with Family bathroom next door.

There is a large lounge area with aLog Burner, a55” UHD Flat Screen LED TV (2023 Model), Netflix, Disney +, BBC, and many more UK channels along with some European channels, high quality self powered speakers, a leather sofa with electronic recliners and High Speed Fibre Internet

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING THE SWIMMING POOL.
Whilst the swimming pool works on a 'shared' basis, it is only shared with a maximum of 2 other guests who may have booked the Penthouse (The Penthouse is Adults only, no Children).

It is also important to point out that from the terrace / patio of the main house you cannot see the swimming pool and likewise, anyone in the pool cannot see you either. It's a very private area and a fair distance away from the patio area of the house. I.e. If you are sat having a morning coffee on the terrace, you cannot see the pool.

On a final note, all consumables like dishwasher tablets, washing powders, bin liners, firewood (for the cooler winter evenings) and drinking water are all supplied free of charge for the duration of your stay.

Guest access

The house sits on a total plot size of over 5000 square meters which our guests have access to most of it.

We have 14 will established palm trees on our land, all well over 150 years old and home to many owls!

Other important things to note

Since 2017 the owners have been awarded 'Certificate of Excellence' from Trip Adviser.

Marcus & Heidi who own the property are lovely friendly people, they live next door and are on hand should you need them, however, they value your privacy and ensure your privacy is respected.

Casita Palmera is generally an adults only rental - however, during school holidays Children 6 years plus are welcome.

Casita Palmera is a rural rental - if you want to party by the pool with music, this is not the right rental for you.

We do have animals on the property that will be around - All are very friendly and non aggressive, and they have been trained not to enter the property. However, if you are not an animal lover then this property is probably not best suited to you.
