As you enter the villa, the living area is open plan, complete with a dining area and the kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.   There are 2 bathrooms with showers and a main double bedroom and a twin bedroom complete with built in wardrobes.

The Haven is a complete sun trap from morning to night, with an undercover terrace. There is a heated pool with sun loungers, to enjoy the Lanzarote sun, and at the back of the villa, is a BBQ and dining area to enjoy long evenings on the terrace.

This is a first choice for family, or couple holidays and only a few minute walk to the start of the Puerto del Carmen promenade.

Smoking is only permitted outside on the terraces and strictly no smoking inside the villa.

A complimentary welcome basket is provided.

The villa is prepared for arrival and departure clean is included in the price. All linen and towels are provided and pool/beach towels are also provided for you, and there is a washing machine at the property for your use. If you are staying for 10 nights or longer, as standard, you will also receive a mid-stay or weekly bed linen and towel change.

We do also offer a cleaning service and if you would like the cleaning team to clean, and carry out additional bed linen changes while you are staying, we offer this service for an additional cost. The cleaning service does need to be booked at least 7 day before your arrival, and if would like this service we can give you a cleaning quote dependent on your requirements.

Check in and check out times are there to enable the cleaning team to prepare your holiday home and we cannot guarantee early check in or a late departure. We can always check one day before arrival or one day before your departure if there is a possibility, dependent on if there is a same day changeover on either of these days. The only way to guarantee an earlier check in or a later departure is to book an extra day.
