This villa is all on one level and includes a large living room with dining area and large smart TV with all Sky channels, a fully equipped kitchen complete with oven / hob, dishwasher, toaster, large fridge freezer, Dulce Gusto coffee machine and everything else you would need for a home from home.  A separate dining area off the kitchen allows for family dining.  There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite with large walk in shower and 1 family bathroom with a bath / shower) and a separate W.C. 

There is air conditioning in the living area and main bedroom should guests need to keep cool, and also ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.

Outside is a complete sun trap from morning to night, with an undercover terrace and a large dining table for alfresco dining, while appreciating the panoramic sea views amongst a gorgeous lush garden. The outside space is complete with a heated swimming pool, and sun loungers and there is also a table tennis table for the competitive ones in the group.

Villa Barquito is is a first choice for family or group holidays and only a five minute walk to the nearest supermarket and restaurants. It is just a fifteen minute walk to the nearest beach Playa Chica and 10 minutes to the old town harbour with a choice of fabulous restaurants, where you can sit with a cold refreshment, enjoy some tapas and take in the spectacular Lanzarote sunset skies. And a twenty minute stroll will take you to the bustle of Puerto del Carmen Avenida, and all it has to offer, with an array of shops, restaurants, bars and stunning beaches.

Smoking is only permitted outside on the terraces and strictly no smoking inside the villa.

The villa is prepared for arrival and departure clean is included in the price. All linen and towels are provided and pool/beach towels are also provided for you, and there is a washing machine at the property for your use. If you are staying for 10 nights or longer, as standard, you will also receive a mid-stay or weekly bed linen and towel change.

We do also offer a cleaning service and if you would like the cleaning team to clean, and carry out additional bed linen changes while you are staying, we offer this service for an additional cost. The cleaning service does need to be booked at least 7 day before your arrival, and if would like this service we can give you a cleaning quote dependent on your requirements.

Check in and check out times are there to enable the cleaning team to prepare your holiday home and we cannot guarantee early check in or a late departure. We can always check one day before arrival or one day before your departure if there is a possibility, dependent on if there is a same day changeover on either of these days. The only way to guarantee an earlier check in or a later departure is to book an extra day.
