This luxury villa is all on one level and includes a large living room with open plan dining area and large smart TV with all Sky channels, a fully equipped kitchen complete with oven / hob, dishwasher, toaster, large fridge freezer,  coffee machine for the baristas and everything else you would need for a home from home. There are 3  bedrooms that can be made up as double or twin rooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite with large walk in shower and 1 family bathroom with a walk in shower and a third W.C.).

There is air conditioning throughout the villa should guests need to keep cool.

The outside space is complete with a large heated swimming pool, a terrace complete with sun loungers and a various seating areas for dining or taking in the surroundings with a cool drink as the sun goes down, and an under cover terrace with ambient lighting and built in BBQ area for alfresco dining.

This villa is adult only and not suitable for children under the age of 16 years old.

This apartment is only suitable for a maximum of 6 guests.

Smoking is only permitted outside on the terraces and strictly no smoking inside the villa.

A complimentary welcome basket is provided.

The villa is prepared for arrival and departure clean is included in the price. All linen and towels are provided and pool/beach towels are also provided for you, and there is a washing machine at the property for your use. If you are staying for 10 nights or longer, as standard, you will also receive a mid-stay or weekly bed linen and towel change.

We do also offer a cleaning service and if you would like the cleaning team to clean, and carry out additional bed linen changes while you are staying, we offer this service for an additional cost. The cleaning service does need to be booked at least 7 day before your arrival, and if would like this service we can give you a cleaning quote dependent on your requirements.

Check in and check out times are there to enable the cleaning team to prepare your holiday home and we cannot guarantee early check in or a late departure. We can always check one day before arrival or one day before your departure if there is a possibility, dependent on if there is a same day changeover on either of these days. The only way to guarantee an earlier check in or a later departure is to book an extra day.
