Villa Vivienne is a 3 bedroom villa with a private pool, located within the popular resort of Puerto del Carmen, and the beach promenade with the nearest beach is just a few minutes walk.

This modern villa is on two levels and includes a large open plan living room with dining area and large smart TV with all Sky channels, a fully equipped kitchen complete with oven / hob, dishwasher, toaster, large fridge freezer, Dulce Gusto coffee machine and everything else you would need for a home from home. the bedrooms are on the ground floor and include 1 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms and there are 2 bathrooms (1 on each floor with large walk in showers). 

The outside space is complete with a heated swimming pool, a large terrace complete with sun loungers and an undercover shaded seating area to the side of the villa.

Villa Vivienne is is a first choice for family, or couple holidays and only a few minute walk to the bustle of Puerto del Carmen Avenida, and all it has to offer, with an array of shops, restaurants, bars and stunning beaches.

Puerto del Carmen really has it all! Beautiful Sandy beaches, fabulous restaurants, and an old town with typical old town charm and an Avenida bustling with vibrancy and life.

Please note:

Villa Vivienne is a Saturday only changeover day and can only be booked in multiples of 7 days.

This villa is suitable for a maximum of 6 guests.

Smoking is only permitted outside on the terraces and strictly no smoking inside the villa.

A complimentary welcome basket is provided.

The villa is prepared for arrival and departure clean is included in the price. All linen and towels are provided and pool/beach towels are also provided for you, and there is a washing machine at the property for your use. If you are staying for 10 nights or longer, as standard, you will also receive a mid-stay or weekly bed linen and towel change.

We do also offer a cleaning service and if you would like the cleaning team to clean, and carry out additional bed linen changes while you are staying, we offer this service for an additional cost. The cleaning service does need to be booked at least 7 day before your arrival, and if would like this service we can give you a cleaning quote dependent on your requirements.

Check in and check out times are there to enable the cleaning team to prepare your holiday home and we cannot guarantee early check in or a late departure. We can always check one day before arrival or one day before your departure if there is a possibility, dependent on if there is a same day changeover on either of these days. The only way to guarantee an earlier check in or a later departure is to book an extra day.
